Hotel Terms & Conditions:
Check-in Time: 13:00 Hrs. (Early check-in will be subject to room availability)
Check-out Time: 11:00 Hrs. (Late check-out will be subject to availability).
Personal ID Proof: As per the Govt. of India rules & regulations, all guests are requested carry their personal identity cards (E.g. driving license, passport, Aadhaar or Voter ID card) to show at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN Card will not be accepted as the above.
Our Payment Policy:
• Above rates are on a per night basis.
• As per the Govt. policy, 12 or 18 percent tax will be charged extra on the above rates.
• 50% of the total amount is to be paid in advance at the time of booking. Balance amount is to be paid before checks-in.
Our Cancellation Policy:
Before 15 days prior to check-in date: No retention
After 15 – 7 days prior to check-in date: 50% retention of the total booking amount
After 7 days & thereafter: 100% retention of the total booking amount
Please note we also facilitate Jim Corbett Jungle Safari for you. However, safari booking is completely
subject to availability on the Govt. website. Safari timings for pickup from Alaya Resort are as follows:
• Morning Safari: 5:45 am pickup time in summers & 6am during winters
• Evening Safari: 1:30 pm
Safari Booking Terms are as follows:
1) One safari jeep can accommodate up to 6 adults only.
2) Pickup & drop would be from Alaya Resorts, to and fro.
3) Each Safari would cost you 6,500 INR. and the full amount needs to be paid in advance before booking.
4) We would also require a copy of each person’s personal ID to process the booking, even for the children.
5) Safari is made available for Bijarani / Garjia / Jhirna / Dhela gates.
6) To avail the booking, you are requested to book a safari at the earliest.
